I love their chicken pot pie soup but when I come to getting crust (especially on the side) at this location....they are super... stingy! Knowing good and well they'd put more crust in their own soup. SMH! Sadly I come to thus location as a lastresort/convenience. Read more

So yesterday witch was 10/4/2021 I went I order 2 sandwiches and two cups of broccoli and cheddar soup .. (one of the... sandwiches was messed) I was gonna chop it up as a loss but I pay too much money so I called and spoke with the manager .. letme tell you something he definitely deserves 10 stars he was so amazing well spoken understandable he let me know he messed upmy order ?he said I was the one who did your order? we both started laughing he let me no he will replace it and he did .. it?snow 10/5/2021 I went threw the drive thru everyone who works in this place attitude is the bomb.. I had to take time to write this review because the staff at this Potbelly?s was amazing. Particularly the gentleman that took... my sandwich order. He was at the front of the line. I wasn?t having the best day but he made me feel welcomed and not rushedeven though you can see clearly see how busy the lunch rush was. I ordered the pizza melt and the timing was a 5-8 min wait tomake the marinara. I decided to wait. This gentleman communicated with me effectively, made sure he acknowledged me and madesure I got my sandwich timely. Huge props to him. Any other place I could imagine waiting too long, getting aggravated andoverlooked. 5 star service. Made my sandwich taste that much better! Thank you! Read more
Potbelly is always good. My only complaints would be that the drive thru was closed last week making customers go inside to... order/pick up, which is fine but the employees don?t ensure that other customers maintain social distance. Also there were nobaked goods at this location. Read more
