On Saturday night we placed a large order for work. We ordered a family style pizza plus we ordered several dinners. The person... making the order had to tell the person once again the order for the pizza we got which was a family style the biggest one theysell. Upon receiving our order the pizza was 100% wrong. We never mentioned the word mushrooms whatsoever but they were all overthe pizza. Four out of the five people absolutely do not like mushrooms. Calling back and explaining that the pizza order wasincorrect which was very difficult to do. The person had to find a ticket finally finding the ticket notice that the order waswrong from what I was telling them. They then told me to take a picture I asked three times what do I do with the picture of thepizza. I also explained at that point the person that likes mushrooms was probably already eating the pizza without respect foranyone else. The worker told me to take a pizza and send it to her phone as I did her reply was I see. After that there was noresponse to trying to make our order correct anything would have been better than a pizza that four out of five guys didn'tlike. It's a shame because we put in so many orders with our massive shutdown we're having at work. Usually I'm asked because Ilive in the area what's a good place to order from I recommend this place but now I do not. I've placed delivery orders with Pucci's twice now, once in '20 & once again this afternoon. What their team presents is STILL... first-class fare at a value despite the virus crisis (real or politically-driven) that this business faced with its head up. Mygroup-order had the crew floating to all sides of their kitchen: a T-bone steak (no pink), a pizza (extra sauce & crispy),onion rings, a meatball sandwich, & breaded pork chop dinners. Pucci's NAILED it, and delivery was handed over to us by areally nice guy at the estimated time! I've read reviews of Pucci's & other restaurants wherein people moan that a place haschanged, that the food is now garbage, that it just doesn't taste like it used to. LISTEN UP: If I were a betting person, I'dguess that the aforementioned reviewers have all had the JAB + Boosters. May angels continue to ride on their shoulders, butain't NOTHIN' gonna EVER taste right to them again! I'll go on record here in saying that Pucci's Restaurant & Pizza was &still is cranking out FIVE STAR meals! (Btw, folks: A delivery issue may warrant a comment WITHIN a review, & POSSIBLY adeduction of a star - depending on the specifics; but, please don't tag a place with just one star overall due to a deliverysnag, forgetting about the FOOD altogether. Listen up people this is the best fried chicken I have ever tasted ???? (except heinies) This place is a hidden gem ???? The... pizza was fresh and delicious. You HAVE TO TRY IT FOR YOURSELF. A classic family pizza joint,located in an old building with an old world vibe. Imagine Pa,Pa and Ma Ma in the kitchen cooking... meatballs and spaghetti. First time visit. I've been ordering from here, for almost ever. It's always hit or miss. They have items listed on their menu, that they don't... make anymore, or are always out of. It happens, I get it. Good idea to update the online menu please. Regardless, tonight Iordered a chicken dinner, and baked mostaccioli. The pasta was packed over, the chicken dinner. The wet sauce had leaked overthe chicken. Into the chicken dinner. The pasta must have been old, because it was flavorless, and all I could taste was themelted cheese on top. Pretty much the rest went into the garbage. The chicken had to be wiped with a towel, from the red waterydrip. I don't know what to call it. Since it was supposed to be baked... Pizza dough and sauce was made fresh in-house. Staff is friendly, happy and they take pride in their food. Prices are very... reasonable for Italian food. I will definitely be back to try the pasta. There's also a separate bar area. Read more

I'm so saddened to even be leaving this review. For years this was a family staple & now having my own children I thought I... would be able to share the same pizza I used to have as a child. My husband ordered a pizza, fried mushrooms, and French friesshorlty after they opened at 11am. We were given an hour window for delivery. After an hour and a half we called as the pizzahad not been delivered. He was informed that the driver left with the pizza 15 minutes prior... Mind you, we live 5 minuets atMOST from this location. We gave it another 10 minutes before calling again. We were a little upset but worried something hadhappened to the driver. We were reassured that the driver was ok & would be at our house shortly. The delivery driver went tothe wrong house with the pizza.. I watched out the window as he drove further down the street. By the time I did get the pizzait was 12:50pm (we have a blink system so timing is accurate). The mushrooms and fries were cold. Literally cold to the touch.Neither toddler wanted them. My pizza was still warm, but had been destroyed. I still dont understand how this even happened tothe pizza. Even the crust was all folded over and crushed in one itself. The only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is because wegot our money back. The lady on the phone seemed to be upset by the whole situation as well. Read more
