Driving through Chicago I decided to swing through Hedgewich to try this pizza that I've heard about growing up in Northwest... Indiana. Neighborhood pizza place that's been a staple for many years on the Far South Side. The tavern style pizza was thin,crispy and very tasty. We got sausage which I found out was made locally. It was excellent! The chocolate chip cookie baked intheir pizza ovens was also so good. Will make a point to do so again in the future when rolling through. Read more
