I had the worst experience today. I have a child in Comers hospital and I am not a resident from the area so I googled food near... me and your place of business looked amazing until I arrived and realized that if you were not an employee of the hospital youcould not enter. It took for several other people to knock on the door repeatedly until a worker came to the door saying thatwe had to walk to one building to get our Temps checked and then come back and we could enter. Which I found really dumb becausesomeone could take our temp at the door. But to say the least I will never make my way back to this restaurant to much to getsomething to eat other then hospital food. I suggest if you are at the hospital there is a Jewel Osco in the opposite directionin good walking distance. Read more

Whole food and nicely prepared a whole lot better for you when waiting hours for emergency care with a family member. Dark and... gloomy tho. Servers could use some social skills given the setting. The burrito bowl with grilled chicken, brown rice, blackbeans, corn salsa and guac. Not complaining! Read more

Great food, several low carb friendly choices if you get meat and salad, but even their meat was 6-7, the salsa & guacamole a... bit higher, so be careful, carb conscious friends... they do not offer plain avocado, unfortunately. I enjoy Qdoba and was excited to find one near me. Unfortunately it was one of the worst experiences I?ve ever had. They were... out of brown rice and when she gave me a measly scoop of white rice I asked if she could put more rice on and she said she wouldhave to charge me extra. The white rice that they had left had to last until seven, this is at 6:30. I explained it was unfairthat there mistake, not making enough, was costing me extra. Then at check out I asked if I could get my rewards points. Shesaid they did not redeem them. I explained I did not want to redeem but merely get my points and she said no. I said this isbeen a horrible and ridiculous experience. Then she said thank you you can go now and I said I want my burrito she left soanother worker came over and rang me up. Excellent spot to eat near the west side of the University of Chicago campus near the medical center. The service is relatively... quick and the food is pretty good. The seating options are generally okay, although there tend to be for person tables taken upby single individuals playing on their phones.
