I like that we get some taste of Indian Asian cuisine. Their food is tasty. The only thing that turned me off was them re-frying... a chicken order that must have been a day old. I love the lamb curry but knowing that they recycle food is a big no-no. Will notorder anymore. Read more

I had Rajun Cajun once in 2009. It was disgusting then and I swore it off. 13 years. I tried it again today. It?s as disgusting... as I remember. Nothing?s changed in 13 years. People swear by this place, but it only disgusts me. I 1000% do not recommend. Ilove Indian food, but this ain?t it. I can definitely get better out Trader Joe?s frozen section. I have to believe the ravereviews are from people who?ve never had delicious Indian food before. Read more

The fried chicken was unseasoned but very crunchy the samosas was pretty good and the mango lassie was delish. The butter... chicken was good also. Read more

If you want fast, delicious food at reasonable prices, Rajun Cajun is a great choice. They have great variety, including... vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. Rajun Cajun also cares about their community and has been supporting Midwest WorkersAssociation for over two decades. I encourage everyone to try this Hyde Park institution! Read more

I have been going here for almost 30 years. I absolutely adore this restaurant. The owners are hands on and very beautiful and... warm people. The food is the best Indian food in Chicago. It is in the heart of Hyde Park. I have introduced My entire circle offamily and friends to this restaurant and they are in love with them as well. With so much junk food out here, this is a healthyand savory choice that will keep you coming back for more!! Read more

Go to lunch spot in Hyde Park. We've never eaten there, only pickup/delivery. The combos come in these great boxes with main,... side, rice, samosa, and paratha. Their tandoori chicken and lamb curry are soooo good. Chicken briyani (only on weekends) isalso fantastic. I live for their samosas. Honestly, I've tried almost everything here (*Indian menu; not Southern) and they'reall great. The Alo Gobi is really nice, and I love the flavor of the Alo Curry potatoes. Read more

So good with both cuisines!! I had no idea what to order so got (a) the butter chicken combo which was delicious and plenty and... then (b) the two piece chicken, which was also delicious. I was traveling and thinking of doing something more formal but sohappy I stopped here instead. Folks were nice to help me understand what to order. Read more

Staff was super friendly and food was super good! This is sort of a see-food kinda place. You pick what you want from a glass... display, so don't expect freshly made dishes, but don't let that deter you! Though, if you're looking for cajun food, thisprobably isn't the place (I think they had fried chicken.) Read more
