Wanted to try a local pizzeria last night for dinner. Cooked all this week and nothing sounded better than a clean kitchen and a... hot cheesy pizza. I was intrigued by the positive reviews, the fact it was local and the ?extra thin crust?. Thoroughlydisappointed, my pizza did not arrive when estimated, not even close. Toppings were wrong / missing, I asked for pie cut Ireceived square cut, needless to say it was not hot but rather congealed. The ?extra thin crust? that I ordered was anything butthin and closer to what I know as ?hand tossed?. What?s even worse, the crust was severely lacking in any redeeming flavor ortexture. In fact the same could be said about the entire pizza. Not the sausage, the cheese or the sauce had any characteristicsthat I would describe as ?delicious? or even encourage me to take another bite of the room temperature flavorless pizza staringback at me from this box. Great pizza. Lots of choices for toppings. They even have whole wheat crust. It was tasty. I love ricotta cheese on mine. They... even let you choose pie cut or square. The staff isn't well organized, they don't read the table and it turned into a longer visit than expected. There were four of... us, and we ordered a salad, large pizza, a bottle of wine and dessert. The salad was ridiculously small for four to share as wasthe pizza. We each had 1.5 pieces and I honestly left hungry! Read more
Ordered delivery last week & the pizza was good, cheese bread was gross, & we decided to try again this week and ordered around... 3pm to have food delivered at 6pm...it's 704pm & pizza order is still not here. Definitely only ordering from Pizzeria Aroma forour Friday night pizza. So disappointed! Read more
Had a very enjoyable dinner here with friends. The pizzas were good (thin crust was my favorite) and the drinks were reasonably... priced! There was a small mix-up with our reservation that eventually got figured out, but aside from that we had a lovelyevening. Fun Andersonville spot and cool decorations. Read more
This is probably someone's favorite kind of pizza, but not ours. Very crunchy, even in the "pan pizza" which was a (maybe... frozen, reminded me of school lunch) thin crust wrapped in a second, crispier thin crust (with some sauce in between).Disappointing for the price, which is just as much as a handmade pie.
