I usually order from them through grub hub or uber eats. This time I thought I would try saving myself some money and ordering... directly from the restaurant for delivery. I should have trusted my judgement and quit while I was ahead when their websitewouldn't accept my promo code. Long story short, 2 hours 20 minutes later and two phone calls to the restaurant my food finallyarrives. Apparently the delivery guy was mia or something. My calzone was somewhere between room temperature and lukewarm. Ifyou order from here do yourself a favor and pick it up yourself or have a third party app deliver it for you. I certainly won'tbe doing so ever again. Edit: I'm changing my rating from 2 stars to 1 after such a lazy corporate-like response from therestaurant. I think they copied and pasted in a standard response and just put my name in it. I didn't even "visit" therestaurant which they would know if they took the time to actually read my review. People were polite and attentive, but they were short staffed so it took forever and they messed up the order. After that,... pizza was just ok not great. I’ll find a different pizza place. Read more

Omg I love this place! They were so nice and loving women! Cylicia & Amber are their names! I tipped them $20! Give them a... raise!!!! I also shared my slice of pizza with them while they were closing. I love them. Soooooo much. I’m coming backtomorrow and the next day. Read more
Roati's claims Chicago's best thin pizza. It's not great by any stretch. It's dougy and truly wasn't very thin. The crust rolls... up in a weird way. Ordered an Italian beef too. Roll was grilled and it was not dipped in au jus, nor did it come withany. They're open late for a quick bite. That's the best I can say. Read more
I am torn by this one, service was basically OK, a little chaotic, but not terrible. The two slices I got one of sausage and one... of what I assume is pepperoni supreme, though as I am unwilling to register for delivery or pick I can't say for sure what itwas. Brings me to the actual slices, pizza was tasty however, the think crust, which I don't have problem with, my issue wouldbe with the state of the crust, which was extremely hard, not toasted almost stale and tough feel to it. May try again to seeif the crust is still what I would consider unpleasant. Read more
This place was so yummy. The menu offered way more than just pizza. Everything from wings, salads, breaded mushrooms and pasta!... Their Chicago Style was delicious and so were the Spaghetti and Meatballs. They sell hot-and-ready slices that are HUGE!Definitely worth the $5. Inside is quaint and there is no public restroom currently so please keep that in mind. All in all, wewere very satisfied and had plenty left to take back to the hotel! Read more
The restaurant was clean. It was quiet. The person who assisted me on 10/28/2022 was a very kind woman. She was patient with... me. I ordered chicken wing well done. They were amazing. I'll have to get mild next time. She tried to warn me. ????. I will beback for lunch again. Read more
