This Rosati's is the worst out of all of them. The manager is always dirty and appears to be on something, the assistant manager... always has a nasty negative attitude. The young lady is always very sweet and helpful though. Where do I start. I have onlybeen here maybe 3 times since I moved over here and reach time I ended up with an upset stomach. There's only one time I everhave an upset stomach and that's with nasty food handling. Sometimes when people have nasty attitudes you put up with it whenthe food is amazing, you can't be nasty and nasty. They're dismissive, they aren't patient and they always pretend to be busywhen you order, but you always come in to find someone on their phone. Appearance means everything and I gave them a fair 3strikes. I went to 7-Eleven to get my pizza and shockingly it was actually better than I expected. Please stay clear, and if youreally want Rosati's, go to another location this one will make you sick. Food is good but the service SUCKS. Every time I call, they pick up, then immediately put me on hold. After the 6th time of... calling, they tell me that there's a 60 minute wait wait for pickup and a 95 minute wait for Delivery. Glad I didn't alreadyorder online. Not like I actually can since they're not accepting online orders. Never eating them again. I'll stop eating Pizzabefore I pay for this horrible service. Read more
I love the pizza at this location! I never had a problem with this location ever! Customer service is always great! I had an... incident where I ordered online. An issue happened and it was totally delivery.com fault! To make a long story short Dan themanager made everything right! He definitely exceeded my expectations!
