First time in Chicago and we heard we MUST try Chicago pizza. We decided on Rosati's. One slice of pizza was HUGE! we all got... one slice and LOVED it! Starting off: if I could give 0 stars, I would! On Friday 9/23 I ordered about $100 worth of food through their Slice delivery... service for a family member?s birthday. We requested delivery to a nearby arcade/bar less than half a mile away. We waited anhour since it was a lot of food but never got a call or text from the driver on where they were. When we called for an update onour order, the cashier that answered the phone said the food had been picked up by the driver ?25 mins ago? which didn?t makeany sense because we were a 5 minute drive from the restaurant. We waited longer and after almost two hours had passed, wedidn?t want the food anymore. We called Slice support and were told that they could not provide a refund without authorizationfrom the restaurant. Slice support called the restaurant on our behalf and said the restaurant was refusing to authorize therefund. We walked to the store to get our refund and saw our order sitting in the heater so they had lied when they said thefood was on the way when we initially called them. We were told by the girl at the front (terrible attitude and customerservice) and the manager that we needed to contact Slice for a refund. We continued to contact Slice and they called therestaurant again while we watched Bob the manager tell them that he ?can?t give us a refund? but could offer to give us the foodand 20% off. This was unacceptable to us, and at this point we just wanted our $100 back. We left and went somewhere else toget food and started the process of reporting the charge as fraud to our bank since the restaurant refused to give us a refunddespite not providing the food to us. At least 30-45 minutes later, we got a call from the manager who said the owner authorizeda refund and that we had to contact Slice again to get it refunded. Slice put the refund through and we are now waiting for thecharge to be reversed. My family/I will never go through the headache of trying to get food from this Rosati?s Read more
Update: Late again. It takes way too long to get delivery from here. I?ll try DoorDash next time I want their pizza to see if... it?s faster. Love the food, but delivery takes at least an hour and a half sometimes. Read more

Okay, this place is THE BEST!! From the moment you walk in, the amazing aroma of pizza being baked (fresh) draws you in. Once... captivated by the savory scent the menu gets your stomach excited! When you finally decide what it is you want to try, you aremet by a fantastic staff who is eager to be of service. Excellent pizza - Excellent service - Excellent Staff/Mgr or Owner? - did I mention they have EXCELLENT food, contagiously... positive attitudes (even at 1:49am ????????????), and ?above & beyond? customer service - it?s like the magical, rainbow unicornof the current restaurant market: just 5?????????? ALL THE WAY AROUND!!! Highly recommend - you WON?T bedisappointed!!! Currently @ 1:58am taking a needed respite from the blizzard outside ?. This single slice cheese was PERFECTpick - me up! I?m even ordering a deep dish to drive all the way back home to Chattanooga, TN after I buy a car in about8-9hours, lol - have to share this with the family!!!!
