Bland food, wilted lettuce, small portions, surly staff, $12 before taxes for a bad salad. The couch would taste better

Chicago Airport location - The female clerk at the counter (on 9/21/22 approx 12:30 pm) was so rude I didn't complete the order.... Lost some time, but took my business elsewhere. Read more

It's so tasty. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The bill was fair. Food is similar to a cafe in Portland I loved.

I have had salads from this Saladworks location about three times because it is definitely a healthy choice. The ingredients are... typically fresh and their dressings tasty. It is clean and the people are friendly. I have had their Mongolian Chicken Salad.I?m only giving them three stars because their prices are a bit high for a light salad and because when I asked them to changeone of the ingredients (I asked them to replace their noodles for mushrooms) they didn?t tell me they were going to increase theprice. I found out when I checked my receipt after paying a bit more than $11 dollars for a salad. I will come back thoughbecause it?s one of the healthiest choices at O?Hare. Read more
