I've ordered from here 2-3 times and I've never had a problem. The food is good especially their calzones. 5/5 best pizza place.

LOVE Sarpinos! On top of always arriving on time and piping hot, it is beyond delicious even in this city of marvelous pizza... options. The side of dipping marinara is a brilliant touch. We are late night people and the open-in-the-wee-small-hoursdelivery window is terrific. Highly recommended. Try the chocolate chip cookie pizza for the kids, or hide it for yourself! Read more
Placed an order at this store, i had to call the store more then 3 time to find out the status of my delivery. Was told my order... would be out of the oven in 5 minutes and would be on its way. (1 1/2 hours after my other was placed) When I called back 30minutes later to verify if it was out for delivery. I was told it order was not even being filled by this store and was told nomanager was available to speak to, and would not provide any information other then to call the manager in the morning. I had torequest the number of the other store. And the person on the phone would not provide there name I has to repeatedly ask. Whenspeaking with the other store, (which I was told is under the same ownership). They where very apologetic and informed me theorder had been transferred to their location and my order was in its way. (Which did arrive within the timeframe she?s said itwould)This location really should improve on the customer service. I normally would not leave a bad review, but the level ofnonexistent customer service was just ridiculous. Read more
I have enjoyed Sarpino?s pizza for years, but I am highly dissatisfied with the Chicago - Bucktown location. I placed an online... order at 8:00 this evening. At about 9:10 the order tracker indicated my pizza had been delivered. There was no pizza in thevicinity of my house and no contact from the driver. I called the store and the said the driver was just returning. Theyindicated there had been some type of problem, and would call me back in about 10 minutes. After 20 minutes and no contact fromthe store, I called back. I was informed that the driver delivered my order to the wrong house, and my payment had beenrefunded, but when I asked about receiving my food I was told that I would not be receiving my order. I pointed out to themanager that I had been waiting for 90 minutes at that point for my dinner, and that since this mistake was entirely the faultof the driver, they should send me the food I had ordered. The manager?s position was that she had refunded the money, thereforeno further action was needed on her part. She went on to say that she had only one driver and any further orders would take 2hours to deliver. This is an extremely poor excuse for customer service, and I would encourage others to avoid ordering fromthis location. Read more
First time coming here! Great environment, very small. Friendly workers. Me & my family of 6 went to visit. Food did not take... long to come up and was very good! I will definitely make a stop there again next time I am in Chicago! Read more
Not the best pizza, free delivery is pretty much made up in the price. They say tip is optional, but the driver has an app on... his phone where there's no option to skip tip it seems which seems shady. Pizza is small compared to normal pizza restaurants,but almost twice the price. Delivery was pretty though. Read more
Took away the ?taste the difference? special because they are stingy. Don?t order from here, they raised their prices and lack... the quality to do so. You can order anywhere else and get better food for the price. Read more
