Food is ok but staff is extremely rude. Asked for manager and when confronted she was very apologetic. Fact is that the... restaurant business is extremely competitive, you don't take GOOD care of your customers and they'll go somewhere else. While understanding this is fast food, this Sbarro goes above and beyond with its food quality. While the chain is nothing... better than adequate, this establishment does a better job with its ingredient selection and cooking process. Sbarro at sawgrass mall has the most excellent customer service. The pizza was definitely baked by jesus and every disciples.... This is not just a taste it's like a real life food orgasm. The place is exceptionally clean and only two employees were outfront and African american man and a pretty spanish girl they united and provided excellent, quality and service beyond means iwas flabbergasted.
