The front cashier was rushing us when we asked questions about food pricing. Their signs don't mention anything she explained.... The menue isn't quite clear about combinations. Apparently if you want to eat cleaned shrimp you should spend MORE money and order the jumbo shrimp....pulease! I ordered a... large shrimp fried rice and not only were the shrimp not cleaned but some also were still shelled. The taller Asian lady is RUDEand should take a course in customer service. People must understand, that when you condition your palate to the same dish regularly you will say it is tasty and the best you... have ever had. Eating at multiple restaurants gives you an idea of what an Asian meal should taste like. I am not Asian, but Iam Jamaican and I can cook my soul out. However, I am somewhat disappointed with the customer service provided here because Itwas very poor. Perhaps because it is in a black neighborhood or perhaps we allow this mediocre behavior to beacceptable. Moreover, the food is not all so tasty but their sweet and sour chicken is good which got them two stars. I havegotten the unprecedented opportunity to dine at divergent Chinese locations both on the west and Northside of the city andhonestly, this restaurant is lacking and lagging behind. I have bought several times from them my usual sweet and sour chicken.Today, I wanted to change things up. However, today will be my last time patronizing them. My shrimp in lobster sauce washorrible and the food was made in anger, not love. It was evident how they spoke to the customers. Food was good and the wait wasn't bad. I got my sweet and sour chicken combo. My husband got the honey chicken (spicy) and my... son got the shrimp fried rice. They also have smoothies. I'll try one next time. Read more
Wife ordered the chicken and broccoli and it was covered in slime zero taste and the food had a very weird bite to it. The fried... rice was good, egg rolls tasted like they had been cooked and set aside for a very long time but I wouldn't recommend. Read more
I ordered my food and called back to make sure that I asked for spicy rice and the very tall woman who was taking the orders... responded very rude and nasty and when I arrived at the restaurant she continues to be rude and nasty I would not recommendgoing here if you expect to be treated with respect in your neighborhood.
