Horrible after I was done ordering and paying I waited for 3 hours and I still didn't get my food until I got up and asked.
Lunch dinner we ordered was not the same as it use to be
The food is good but they allow panhandlers to sit in the lobby asking for money. The lady taking orders knew he was there and... continued to take orders and money but never requested he leave the paying customers alone. He asked everyone for a "couple ofdollars" not spare change. Read more
Still the only one I've found in the neighborhood that food taste almost decent. Really rarely go because Prices way higher,... servings containers smaller, they updated negatively the bonus purchase options by increasing the amount you need to spend forfree food from 20 to 30 dollars before taxes and they only take cash payments. They charge us sales tax but we know they aren'tpaying those taxes to city or State. Read more
Expect a safe environment requiring masks and social distancing. I believe they are taking phone orders only with pick-up just... inside the door. CASH ONLY. But it's all worth it because the food is delicious to me. Just like it's been for years. Read more
You definitely get your money worth. The customer service is excellent, the lady always get your order correctly, for instance... you only want soy sauce or extra shrimp or onions. For some reason the shrimp fried rice taste better if ordered separately froma dinner order. If you have little money, order the small options. You will get full and have some to spare. Read more
The food is pretty good. However, the building is disgusting, the seats are shredded, and they do not take credit/debit cards.... Cash only in 2019?? Terrible customer service. My mom was loyal customer for 10+ years and they didn?t even know her name. It?struly saddening how little they care to upkeep the place and the relationships of those who spend money hard earned money withthem. Read more
