I usually phone in my order, but I came in cold this last time. There was one person who had already ordered and sat waiting,... one person before me ordering. I ordered, sat waiting. One phone in person entered and retrieved her order. And though I hatewaiting, and it was supposed to be a 20 minute wait, I felt as if mere minutes had passed. There should be an option to give no stars! This place is sad and should not be in your community! The cook is cooking up slop... for the customers! The customer service is sad, distasteful, and disrespectful! We should not be treated like this! We spend ourhard earned money, pay their bills, line their pockets and they serve us garbage! They gave me the incorrect order. No apology. No " let me give you the correct item free " for your inconvenience . ... They asked me for the food back that was incorrect. I am hoping they do not serve it to someone else, as that it unsanitary ! I will not be utilizing this place again for take out. Read more
