I have to say I did not had their burger. I was craving fried food and Smashburger delivered! I got the Onion stack, brussels... sprout and sweet potato fries. They were all fried to perfect crispness. The dipping sauce is good and pretty standard. Theservice level was really unexpected for a fast-food chain; appreciated their check-ins on customers and constant cleaning. Woulddefinitely go back to try more food. Read more
My good friend and I decided to visit Smashburger for lunch ???? before going to see the Chicago Ducky Derby 2022 ????!! It was... my first visit here so I tried the Classic Smash with Single patty and small Smash fries. It honestly blew my mind as everythingtasted fresh and savory! I will definitely be returning to try different menus. The staff members were really nice too, trulymade our dining experience better. Do try Smashburger if you are already familiar with Five Guys and Shake Shack burgers andwant to try something different ???? Read more
We tried Smashburgers Friday when we arrived to Chicago for the first time and the food was so great we returned Monday on our... way out of Chicago! I loved the brussel sprouts and the fries. My husband loved the Brisket Bacon burger and I loved the SmashBacon Burger. Both burgers had plenty of meat for a single burger and I cant imagine needing a double burger. The restuarant wasclean and that includes the restrooms. The employees were nice. The location is very convenient at the corner of Michigan andWacker. Read more
Juicy burger with good portion. I do think the bun could be warmer, but it's good enough. My friend says the shake is good... too. The fries is good too. I got them hot and crispy. The fountain machine is not that good. I got water from the lemonade tab.And there is no tea option. Read more
Had a really good fast-food style burger here. The quality of ingredients does make up for the elevated price. It?s also... significantly cheaper than 5 guys. It?s really going to come down to preference on whether you like the taste of this or othercompeting restaurants but the quality was there. Not a big fan of the garlicky fries, I?d rather just have a more classic taste.I do recommend skipping the tots and going with the fries though. The churro milkshake was AWESOME. Recommend: I would come again. Got the double brisket, Colorado burger, and fried onions. The service was a bit slow but... expected for the number of orders they had come in. The burgers were really good, the fried onions were really salty. Thetables were not very clean sadly, or cleaned often. I would have rather picked up the food myself and have someone wipe tablesvs. having tables dirty and have someone bring me food as was the case. Will be back to have a burger. Read more
