Very tasty for an airport burger. Service was super fast. Server was able to seperate our checks even though the automated... system wasnt able to recognize that, and she did it like a pro. Yes, it's expensive but so is everything at an airport. Highlyrecommended for a beer and burger. Read more

Got a table, sat down and ordered my drink. When the waiter came back she told me that the kitchen was closing in 5 minutes,... which gave me no time to order food. Would've appreciated if they'd let me know right away. Looked like there was a few otherdissatisfied people in there as well who also left right after me. Do not recommend. Read more

Breakfast. Should have eaten at McDs, better food at 1/3 the price. If you're expecting non-fast food you'll be let down. You... order and pay in an app and it's walked to your table, no more. Read more

You don't open your restaurant on time you, won't have any customers, you won't have any customers if you don't want to open... restaurant on time. Tell customers to sit down and then ignore them for 10 minutes and not open the check on the table andexpect them to scan repeatedly until you can be bothered to do your job. How much do you think you'll be tipped... Not 10%...Tipping is commensurate with effort Read more

This place gets 1 start because A: Google makes me at least give them that. B: There is some neat Chicago Blackhawks memorabilia... on display. The Blackhawks displays are the reason I went in here. My teenage son is a huge Blackhawks fan and I wanted to takepictures of the stuff on display for him to see. The food and and service were flat out awful! The fries were super generic. Ithink they came in a plain white bag that said French Fries in black on them. The fries were not even worthy to come in Equatepackaging. The hamburger was a $14 version of a elementary school cafeteria hamburger. Except the school cafeteria burger hasmustard and pickles. Stanley?s Kitchen supposedly does not keep mustard and pickles in the establishment. I thought mustard andpickles were standard operating procedure for hamburgers. Maybe it?s a regional thing and haven?t spent enough time inIllinois. I also was not impressed with my server. Poor service and her attitude came off as if she viewed me as anotherinconvenient patron during her shift. Then the strangest thing I have ever witnessed happens. My server brings me my ticket. Ilay my credit card on top of the ticket she comes and takes my credit card only. A few minutes later she comes and gets theticket and walks over to the table in front of me. Presents that table with my ticket and proceeds to accuse them of not payingtheir ticket which was actually my ticket. I don?t know if the party at that table was more shocked and confused or if I was. Finally we were all able to convince her that the folks at that table had just gotten there and had not even ordered yet muchless had a chance to pay. Finally she charged my card for the ticket in her hand that was mine. Avoid this place and eatsomewhere else in O?Hare Read more

Came in early to Chicago and wanted to get breakfast, sit down and get organised. Dunkin looked like a good option but there... was no where to sit so Stanley's was the place to go. I cannot begin to describe how bad this place is. The staff arecompletely aloof, didn't even acknowledge that I was there...it took 10 minutes me sitting there trying to make eye contact withany of the staff. The server was walking around and what it looked like throwing trays of food on guest tables. Finally i hadto walk to the bar to ask for some help from the bartender who just could not find a good place to hide... wow.. had the classicbreakfast which turned out to be the saddest and one of the worst meals I have ever had. the toast was cold, the eggs weredumped on the tray, and the potato wedges were cold. Some butter packets and salt and pepper were dumped in the corner of thetray. If I could rate it a 0 star I would. Someone from HMS needs to experience this because its beyond words, or someone fromthe Chicago hockey team to see how their logo is being represented. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place, wait in line forDunkin or McDs down the hall. save some money and get better food and service. Read more
