DONT COME HERE PLZ :). This is the worst service I have ever encountered. The staff didn't ask me what size I wanted, she... arbitrarily made a large glass for me. She also set the price of the glass of water higher than other places. My glass smelledlike stale milk, my friend and I had a stomach ache after drinking that glass 10 minutes. Everything is bad. Slowest Service.... it is like she is purposely trying to move as slow as possible. It's a Saturday with a long line of... customers. The server causes a spill with the customer a head of me, and she decides to clean it up before assisting me. I wasfine with that until she was moving as slow as a sloth. During this time 3 other customers waiting behind me left. She wassnotty with me when I finally asked her to take my order. I didn't appreciate her service or the fact that she couldn't careless that she was causing so many people to wait for such a long time. Her name is Anne. Read more
Drove 10 mins out of my way for a Starbucks coffee. It?s inside a jewel. I had to stop in the restroom and on my way I saw a... barista working the Starbucks. When I left restroom to get coffee he was gone. I waited about 10 minutes with two other peoplein line behind me. We all gave up. Maybe he took a restroom break or shift change? Not sure. Put up a sign. This Starbucksshould not be on google maps unless it is open when it says it?s open. Read more
Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. It's a kiosk in a Jewel, what is everyone expecting? I went there for a cup of... coffee, and it was good. The barista was pleasant and helpful. No issues. Read more
This location is the absolute worst! It's a kiosk located inside of a Jewel and the barista is NEVER in there. She is always off... somewhere roaming around the store. Last time after waiting several mins with no barista in sight I had to go to the customerservice desk and have them call for her over the intercom. After they called her it still took 10 mins for her to come. Mind youit wasn't just me waiting, there were others in line. Do not stop here if you are on your way to work or anywhere else that youcare about getting to on time. If you stop here you will be late, guaranteed! Read more
This is a pretty standard in-store Starbucks. Nice barista, standard menu, etc. My husband said the bathroom could have been... cleaner, but that?s the stores responsibility. Not sure about previous negative reviews, I had absolutely no issues here. Read more
