This is a Starbucks location inside of a Target. It was my second try with this Starbucks location. It hasn't been the best to... say the least. The first time they got my husbands order wrong, they didn't add an extra ingredient which was okay because thegirls seemed really sincere and we just took it as an accident while in deep convo with one another. This time there weredifferent bariatas and I'm ordering an iced matcha latte and this lady was like would you like it hot or iced. I'm like what, ohumm, I'd just like an iced matcha latte. This lady taking my order asked me if I wanted my drink hot or iced. I again tell her Iwould like a venti iced matcha latte. I was thinking she's probably having a hard time hearing me and I don't want an icedmocha. Aaaand she again asks me if I want my dink hot or iced ???????. Then another barista came to the register and she askedwhat I wanted, again I said I would like an venti iced matcha latte. This barista too asked if I want it hot or iced over andover again. I hadn't even gotten what to add or omit with either of the two baristas. I do not recommend this Starbuckslocation. I can't believe Target and Starbucks would allow such poor customer service to represent them. Read more

I went today and ordered a large coffee and a mango dragonfruit large, and I also ordered one blueberry scone and pumpkin loaf... and we didn?t got either. So we left because we had some heavy bags and didn?t realize until later. There is any way to get mymoney back? Read more

They messed up my free water order. That should tell you what to expect with more complicated orders. I honestly don't expect... much from the target-Starbucks locations. So I keep it SUPER simple for them. Like only 1 ingredient at a time. My watercontained 2 ingredients (water + ice) and that's too much to ask. Stupid me. However, this location is perpetually trainingtheir employees and they get diffensive if you return an order for correction and always use the training excuse. If youalready have, or want to avoid, an ulcer don't buy any coffee from here. Just buy the merch. Because their passive aggressiveattitudes will urge you to cuss them out and get an ulcer because Starbucks or Target don't do anything to help. Read more

This people are crazy for a large cup of water and adding a splash of lemonade they try to charge me 4.09$ that crazy, I been in... down town and they only charge for the ingredients that is been add less then 2$ this young people always trying to over chargenever ever buying from this place again the girl from the register doesn?t even know what heck is doing.
