I have gone to this store twice in the past two weeks. Both times they state they have a reason not to serve me. First time told... me they were closed - arrived at 7:50 pm on a Saturday. Second time just told me they didn?t have my iced tea - arrived at 7:45pm on a Sunday. Either change your hours or stay open until your hours tell you to close. Other stores always try andaccommodate but this store could care less. Very poor customer service. They are trying to unionize - probably because of theirpoor service. Read more

They get my order wrong every time. I ask for no whip, they give me whip. I ask for decaf, they give me regular. I can't have... caffeine or dairy so I'm basically giving them money for free because I can't have what I just paid for. Never have this issueat other locations. This is the worst Starbucks i had visit at all. First, the store is so dirty. The workers responses are very mean. One of them... answered that they do not have an item I already see they did have!. My brother asked for four cups, and they gave them byhand!. No cup holder!!. And when i got the cup, was in this situation!! As shown in picture!.
