This location is a disaster. It isn't the workers fault, it is the management. I have been to other locations (shout out to... Bucktown/Armitage) where they are so efficient, online drinks are ready and they are ready for the next walk in customer. Thislocation can be a 15 minute ordeal, even when ordering ahead. The blonde manager in her mid 40s is rude to say the least andthey could not care less about their customers. I avoid this location anytime after 8am. Read more

I really like this place. The staff are caring and nice. I wish they had more snacks for diabetics.
Extremely wasteful staff and seem like the guy was in autopilot. I got a hot tea and kind bar. I went to get a refill of hot... water and the guy grabbed another cup than my original so I asked him if he needed to use another cup. He quickly said yes, soI replied never mind. He he barely put water in it and then threw the cup away. 1. I would have used the hot water if I knew hewas going to throw the cup away because it had 2 drops of water in it 2. You would think that he would ask if I still wantedhot water if he knew He was going to throw the cup away and the only reason I said never mind was because I didn?t want him touse another cup. I have frequented this location almost EVERYDAY for the past year and the staff NEVER cease to amaze me. Eva, Bridget, Brianna,... Christian, and Amy are always so good to me. They know my order through and through. It warms my heart when I walk in and theyall greet me in a way I?ve never felt before. They make me feel like their Starbucks family. That?s a winning team! Before going to see the lights at the Lincoln Park Zoo, has to get something warm and good so this Starbucks is near and... convenient. There was no wait and the barista was helpful. Got the order right and the place looked clean. Nice place to stopby. Read more
This is one of my favorite Starbucks to go to. I love the staff there always friendly? The place is clean? And never too busy.... It?s a great respite from Colectivo across the street which tends to be very busy. But in the summer months this place is greatbecause it?s air-conditioned and Colectivo is not.
