Sat in the outside area in... the sunshine for 45mins while my wife shopped at a few nearby stores. Had a very offputting experience at this starbucks. They messed up my very simple order and the barista gave me attitude when I... asked to have the drink remade. I also saw this yell at another customer for trying to bring their dog in. Based on the otherreviews, it sounds like management at this particular starbucks is not good. Definitely will be making it a point to never goback to this location considering how many great starbucks stores there are in other parts of chicago. Read more
When you go to a Starbucks, you can almost always know what to expect. These stores are normally good enough when you need a... quick coffee & snack in a clean environment... not so much at this location! When I asked for my usual coffee & slice of pumpkinbread, I answered the question that I've been asked for at least 10 years "would you like that heated?" with my normal response,"no thanks, just leave it in the bag." The response was new & so ridiculous that I laughed in disbelief! I was told "Starbuckspolicy is that we cannot leave the bread in the bag as the packaging has Starbucks trade secrets." What?!? The clear cellophanepackaging is intellectual property? I laughed & asked, "seriously? Are you joking? Nevermind the fact that I don't want my foodtouched by bare hands during a pandemic surge, but I have been getting this food item in the packaging for at least a decade.I'm sure that this was just one bizarre employee on independent operations but was just too hilarious not to share. Good no issues. Limited indoor and outdoor seating. Bathrooms open. Plenty of parking. Clean and friendly..

This is a very very small Starbucks. More of the grab and go type. They do have a cozy outdoor seating area in front for the... warmer months if you're wanting to hang out. The staff was fast and friendly. They were super nice! Read more
