25 minutes to make 2 cups of coffee and a bagle. Slowest service I have ever experienced at any Starbucks in the country. And on... top of everything else when I let the lady know that I've been waiting for 25 minutes instead of apologizing she gets smart withme. Not the type of service I would expect from such a giant international brand. This was my first and last visit to thislocation. 5 employees working the counter and it takes almost a half an hour for 1 persons order.... ridiculous. Read more
My favorite Starbucks to stop by as I'm going to work. Of course, Starbucks is awesome, but here's why my experience was... stellar. The baristas working are super cheerful and both friendly and helpful, always willing to accommodate every detail ofyour order. They made some suggestions that were phenomenal. I love this Starbucks! Raye the barista was so kind enough to make my drink and delightfully gave me more because she made a bit... extra. She was so nice! I prefer my Starbucks to alternatives. Not only do I get my drink fix, but I also get a snack or a meal. That?s what I need... sometimes. The baristas are always nice.
