Erik, the barista here, is the best. The whole staff is friendly and fast, but he goes above and beyond. I work across the... street and come in quite often. He remembers my drink, and my name (and how to spell it), asks how my day is, and jokes aroundwith me. Today I was having an awful day, as I got some bad news before coming in, and him being so positive just really made mefeel like things would get better. What can I say, this is like my favorite Starbucks location. Everyone is very friendly & efficient. The coffee is always great &... the space is clean and cozy. If i could give zero stars for this location I would. I live Starbucks and always get the same order. i understand that this... location is busy but I still expect the same level of service especially when working in customer service. The barista making mydrink got sassy with me because they messed up my order. I specifically ordered my cold brew with a splash of almond milk andthey basically made my cold brew 80% almond milk. The barista with attitude said, ?maybe next time you should specify. Sheremade my drink and still made it incorrectly. Not exactly sure how. Read more
Decided to go for a ?treat? on a Sunday morning. Walked to the neighborhood Starbucks, ordered and paid at the counter using our... Starbucks app and our saved balances. My wife and I both used our apps to pay the balance. We got in the line to wait, and Iremarked ?wow, we sure came in at the right time? because a dozen customers or more came in right after us and got inlines. After watching the customers who came in behind us walk out with their orders, I approached the pick up counter and said?order for Dave?? The counter worker said ?not yet?. We watched person after person come and go, so I approached again and said,?order for Dave?? The Starbucks coffee server then told me ?you ordered at the cafe? We get all online orders taken care offirst.? He?s calling out the regulars by pet names and handing them their coffee while we?re still standing there, first in lineand obviously waiting for around 15 minutes at this point. The longest I?ve ever waited for any coffee order anywhere. At thispoint I?m regretting walking in here. We watched more people come and go, and finally the woman who took our order joined thepick up crew. She checked and said to me ?is this your order? This is your order.? We were given our order and two of them said?we?ve been calling out your name for over 5 minutes?. I looked at the cup and it had my wife?s name on the cup, not mine. Wewere never told that it would be under her name, and because it is hard for people to pronounce we just didn?t hear it. We werelistening for my name. Then, the other girl who was helping tossed a receipt with a ?$4 off your next visit? card at thecounter in front of me and said ?we were calling you? with a slightly disgusted tone in her voice. I gave it to my wife becauseI will never be back to this Starbucks or any other for that matter. Overpriced coffee and treated like a second class citizento boot? NEVER AGAIN. Read more

Our dog loves this Starbucks - as do we. It's close by Wiggly field, so is a great stop on the way. The staff are very friendly... and quick at serving and have never had a negative experience here. Always happy to craft up a pup cup for our 4 legged friendsas well! Read more
