I entered in the Starbucks, but I didn't find my favourite dish, that's pasta and fasoi. Despite that, the staff is really fast... and kind. Although they don't have maccheroni with tomato sauce, I liked the breakfast that was simply gorgeous. Another dishthat I didn't found was Panzerotti, but their difficult to find in America. Beautiful location! Beautiful terrace. Horrible staff. Ordered and felt degraded by the staff, they gave me an incorrect order... and when I asked for the correct item I was made to feel bad. If you don?t want to be nice to customers, please don?t work incustomer service. I was so excited for this Chicago tourist attraction and was let down. Read more

Rodrigo S & Miles are beyond phenomenal. They are patient, kind, and exhibit fantastic skills when building rapport with their... clientele. Whatever they are making they deserve more. Starbucks needs to continue to employ staff that model their abilitiesregarding their work ethic, and attitude when dealing with customers. I can?t say enough good things. If they are not inmanagement already, they need to be considered immediately. If you stop by this location, I hope you get to be greeted byRodrigo and Miles.
