I was going to this Starbucks during the last 2 months almost every day and was ordering the same coffee and desert. However... just today i recieved the worst service possible and was literary shoked. The girl who attendent didnt took the proper order,made the worst coffee possible and showed me her attitude. Ver, very disappointed with my order ans the service. Hopefully themanager gonna read this review and will take appropriate actions Read more
Tiny but busy, which, as you'd expect, means long lines to order, long lines for pickup, curt service, and baristas too rushed... to actually bother making drinks correctly, handle corrections when they mess up, or clean their equipment often enough to keepthe drinks from tasting like burnt ass. There's a Starbucks on every other corner, and in this case, walking the extra block tothe next one will be worth it. Read more
Service can be better. A long wait for mobile order. I was done with the warmed croissant before coffee was ready.
Place is too small and it was hard to find!!! It's deep inside under Fairmont Chicago building.
This is what you would expect in a stand alone Starbucks even though it is in the bottom floor of a building. Wifi service is... excellent but you will be hard pressed to find an outlet. I only found one for my laptop. They do have several USB chargingstations. Read more
One of the only coffee shops in the building so the line is usually out the door. Just about the same quality you expect from... any Starbucks. Now they have sandwiches that are small and extremely overpriced, but somehow very good! Still a shame thesandwiches are about the width of a tennis ball, but they charge you 7 bucks! Just go for the Starbucks' trademark drinks andforget the extra items they offer. I usually get the refreshers which are just okay. Coffee tends to taste burned as if theyleave the pot on too long. You'd be amazed how many people get through this coffee shop in a day. In the morning, there's a line. At lunch, there's a line.... At 2 pm, guess what? There's a line. DON'T LET THE LINES INTIMIDATE YOU! This barista team gets people in and through the linesquicker than almost any Starbucks in the city. Probably as busy as a Manhattan Sbx, but they get you through. Although, don'texpect much of a pastry selection if you go after lunch. This location, since it's in an office tower, closes at 6 pm. Read more
