When you order make sure you dont get it from the two older ladies. They will get your order wrong, then bad mouth to one... another about you being the one at fault. Seriously if im one of your first orders of the day and you got the order wrong, thewhole day will be a disaster. Just being honest. Ill wait 30 mins at McDonald's next time. Read more

Customer Service training is highly recommended. I purchased 2 items and paid cash. I didn't even have my change back when the... male employee asked why I wasn't tipping. I always tip. However, it's bad taste to ask for a tip. Read more

I gave 50$ bill she gave 1$ bill teard and dirty. I can't use in Canada. I ask to change in front of customer cashier and food... maker give talked nonsense. Omg I never saw they talked in front of customers. Same money....she want other one andlaughed....please concern this kind of unprofessional service. 2 young girls. Read more

I just saw barista straight up yell at a young mother with a baby in her arms after she asked for a replacement drink. She... ordered a strawberry lemonade for her child (I heard her, was standing right behind her) and the dude gives the kid a refresher.When she took it back he goes ?this is Starbucks, everything has caffeine?. In no way was she rude to him, I saw the entirething. He then told her to get out of his face and she left crying. As a former employee I know they have kid friendly drinksand I KNOW this kind of spoiled brat behavior from a grown man-baby would never be tolerated at other locations. Read more

My family and I love Starbucks, but this review is a remark on the franchise and not the brand. The staff at this location is... inconsistently friendly and providing good service. Today, there were too few people on staff with too many customers and theline just kept getting worse it took 15 minutes for an iced tea and one of our drinks didn?t even come out before having to runto the gate and it wasn?t worth missing a flight vs trying to get the drink. Additionally these veggie trays are great but thisisn?t enough for the cost and the size of the tray... 1 tomato? Really?! Who thought that was a good idea. Add enough veg tofill this tray and easily this review is 4 stars... Read more

The customer service was absolutely terrible!!! The woman at the register was rude to every single person that approached! She... did not greet, she did not smile and she constantly rolled her eyes. There are plenty of people who need jobs and would be happyto have hers. So disappointed. The second star was for the consistency of the product but this location needs to have aconversation with HR. I spend my hard earned money with companies that care about my dollar and I did not feel the love in thisvisit. Read more

Typical Starbucks but worse. Really overpriced but China the cashier was so nice I am giving five stars. The other staff... could not get our order right but they were so nice about it, I didnt get mad. Not as organized as other Starbucks. Read more
