Just had one of the strangest experienced I've ever had at a Starbucks. We placed an order through the app. Got our paninis, got... our drinks, but we had ordered water bottles too. So we asked the guy behind the counter if we're supposed to just get the waterfrom the case ourselves, and he says no we're not taking orders from the app...we tried to explain to him we already placed theorder and received about 90% of it, we just needed the water bottles. He just kept saying they weren't taking app orders. Verybizarre. Read more

The staff is not very friendly whatsoever. I ordered a venti Carmel macchiato, they gave me the wrong size and instead of just... giving me what I originally ordered, they poured the small drink into a larger cup and added more milk... We waited in line for about 15-20 minutes. The line was long however, it was moving quite slow. The staff was unprofessional and... not focused on helping costumers. A young lady informed an employee of a missing drink from her order. The employee yelled ather, ?I can?t make your drink because you have been asking me 30 questions.? We left the line because we were uncomfortable andnot confident they were organized enough to appropriately serve a large line of people. Read more

The staff was cheerful, efficient and helpful. I was there twice, heading in and then out of ORD a few days later. The first... time there was a huge a.m. line but it moved very fast. The second time, no line. They clearly do their professional best, evenin a high stress place with repeated waves of stressed out customers! Bravo for this location, in particular. ???? Read more

I had a quick 45-minute layover in Chicago. The line was extremely long. I decided to take my chances and jumped in. I was... thoroughly impressed by how efficient and hardworking the entire Starbucks staff was. They were friendly and expedient. Iordered a nitro cold brew, which is always good. I also ordered a Turkey Bacon breakfast sandwich. It was tasty. This Starbucksat the end of C gates gets a huge hi-five. Read more

Starbucks Thanks to Andre Opera customer service singer and his crew for providing good customer service, everybody working with... Andre was so nice and helpful, I will definitely will come back to buy coffee frappe from This location where he is working,it was very nice starting the day with a coffee and a touch of opera listening to Andre.
