The whole Point of mobile order is for the convenience of the customer. Avoid long lines, in and out. I made my mobile order,... head towards the entrance...door is locked. I call in, to ask if curbside is an option, the person who answered told me they areshort staffed & are only doing drive thru... I advised the team member that I had a mobile order, and she said I still had towait. With my drink sitting in the counter I had to wait LONGER, just because I had to do my pick up through the drive through.Guess who?ll be late to work?? This is INCONVENIENT ..line is taking up the whole damn plaza. Fully staffed or not, you aretaking away the convenience of your customer & that?s what I did not appreciate. Read more
