Yesterday morning around 11am I took my 3yo son to use the washroom. I always get my drinks here and usually the employees are... friendly. Well this time, I go in with my son, and notice the bathroom door needs a pass code. I see this heavy set latinaemployee with dark hair in a pony tail, grey shirt, wearing glasses, sitting down on her break. I noticed the other employeeswere busy with customers so decided to ask her since my son was holding it for 10 minutes on the drive there (it was the closestplace I knew with a public washroom). She ignores me when I said "excuse me miss?" so I said "miss?" One more time and sheslowly turns her head looking at the floor, not even at me. I asked her to help open the door and she said, "go ask them"pointing at the other employees with her head. I got worried because my son was dancing needing to pee. I ask her, "dont youknow the code? My son really needs to pee." She says, "no! go ask them." In an irritated tone. So I desperately asked Brittney,she greated me professionally and with a smile and she ran and helped me. I give Brittney a 5 star rating for her compassion andfor willing to help her customers. I even thanked her again as we were leaving the store. As for the other girl, the manager isdoing a horrible job correcting her, based off the previews reviews I've read. That's bad for business. Im not sure if her namewas Norma based off other reviews I read, but if it is her, she needs disciplin or the store needs new management. Read more
I walk around this place everyday. This place collects a lot of revenue for this community. It violates the municipal code... 4-4-310 ?Public Ways Maintenance? that obligates every business place to keep and maintain clean the streets around it.Unfortunately, Starbucks does not clean all the garbage in the streets. It keeps there for days. It looks nasty and reflectsthe poor interest from the company to follow the municipal code. We have to share this information to the alderman office. Isnot right these rich companies do not clean and work to maintain a clean environment ! Read more

Starbucks caramel ribbon crunch is my everyday after work routine. Somehow since they have had this 50% off Tuesdays the quality... of my Frappuccino is garbage. I understand it might be busy etc but it's not the customers fault as to why starbucks decided tohave a special. Please train your employees. Read more
If you really want to order, it's more likely they'll take your order through the drive thru, than actually walk in.... Embarrassing to say I live 2 blocks away, and have to drive there instead to be paid attention to. I've walked in twice in thepast, and had to walk right out from no one talking my order. Read more
So I used to go to this location and I had stop for a while I had forgotten why. Well today I decided to go because my neighbor... had told me about Tuesday is half price on drinks for July and that they were also giving away coffee grounds for free to helpthe plants for those who are planting. Well when I got there the team member who took my other was polite and friendly but theperson who was in the drive was rude and rolled her eyes at me and had an attitude when I asked about the coffee grounds. Herresponse could have been different and friendly but I guess when you have bad management you have bad employees! The manager wasnext to her and didn?t say anything! No other Starbucks I go to does me like this every time I order ahead on the app all the time before I head to work I always get... my sandwich over done burnt today was the last straw last time they gave me white mocha when I paid for mocha and my top bun wasso burnt it was Rock hard just like today ! Super busy location with great customer service. Never fails to get amazing vibes from all the staff. The drive thru lines are... always long but always moving. They have inside & outside seating area which is great if you have few minutes to relax or evenwork from. Love accumulating points for free drinks or merchandise from their mobile app. Their pineapple passion refresher is amust. Read more
