I had made a mobile order at this location. When I arrived I couldn?t find what I ordered. My name was covered up by a sleeve... and one drink was missing. I was standing there for a while and finally said something. I asked where one of my drinks was andthe barista said to me, We don?t have it. I said that?s fine but how can I get my money back for the drink I paid for. She said,We can?t give refunds. I was also very nice and said that?s OK but I paid for a drink and didn?t get it. She then yelled out toher manager. I told her what was wrong and just wanted to be compensated. She also said I can?t give you a refund. I said OKthat?s fine but what can I do to get compensated. This is way too long of a conversation for something so simple! She said Ihave to get a hold of Starbucks and walked away. This location is so much closer to where I live but at this point I go toanother coffee shop because of the constant attitude, lack of customer service skills and being out and/or do not carry whatother Starbucks carry. I always feel like I am bothering a lot of people that work there as if I?m walking into their house. Youguys really need to step up your customer service game along with problem-solving skills. Quick and easy service at the neighborhood Starbucks. Would recommend to anyone nearby
This is hands down the rudest group of staff I have ever seen. Their hours say they close at 8 pm. My last two visits I arrived... at 7:30 pm, they had started to close up shop and would not serve me. The staff seem to make up their own hours, I wonder ifstore leadership knows they do this? It's just a frustrating experience. Even if the store manager were to know I'm sure itwouldn't do much because this store is a complete dumpster fire!! Read more

Yeah, yeah, yeah - its a Starbuck's at this location once again. The staff here works hard & hustles to keep the drinks & food... moving quickly. I'm not a stickler for them to kiss my behind & pretend to be interested in my life. Good drinks, no frills &swift service is what you normally get here. Read more

Thr drive thru lady was so pleasant that even with my swirling migraine, I smiled and was grateful for her...and my simple black... coffee with a splash of cream. I wondered why I don't come here more often. That will change immediately. I need kindess and acup of coffee daily. Don't you? Read more
