I am paying 6-7 for a drink. Why is it so hard to just fill it. I am literally missing 1/4 of my drink here and the employee... tried to be slick about it and covered the rest of the cup with cold foam so it LOOKS like it?s full but it?s not. It startedmelting when I walked away and I didn?t even take a sip and I was disappointed because I ordered a venti, when I could of justgone a grande. Waste of money Read more

No idea why this place has great reviews, the customer service here is trash and I had several wrong orders given to me from... here. This is supposed to be the "better" coffee spot on campus, and it's most definitely not. Overhyped like most starbucks butwith worse service. More than four times I've seen employees who just talk to their friends at the register and hold up thealready long line. It's always packed and loud in there due to dozens of students and the employees barely speak up enough tomake sure they get your order right. It obviously has "better" coffee than the dunkin on campus, but I've had much betterservice, nicer interactions with employees, and more correct orders given to me at Dunkin than this place. refused to make a frappe because "blender was broken" ???? starbucks nearby in greektown could make one even when they were... closing in 15 minutes its not adding up, arc got all this money but can't afford more than one blender in their starbucks? Read more

Very nice workers but cannot use many forms of the Starbucks app to pay. They don?t provide WiFi either, so if you need to add... to your card, you may not be able. Hoping they will increase the other payment uses on the app. Read more

The staff are really great, very polite. However with everyone wearing masks and the sound of the blender you can't hear... anything either person is saying. The music should definitely go in order to help people hear each other. Read more

Every time I order my usual drink it comes with casualties at this location. But this time i ordered my mocha cookie crumble no... whip lite ice and took a risk. The barista (Brie) who made my order today was absolutely helpful and made my drink perfect. Sheeven asked me to check the consistency since I wanted it lite ice. I am happy with my order. Read more

This Starbucks is filled with workers who stand around and do nothing, there will be 10 people waiting for their orders and all... you see is a couple of the workers just standing and talking to each other doing nothing. For a new Starbucks I understand that the staff is new and thus a leaning process to get a flow. However. It's unacceptable that... they only have 3 people working at 2pm on a weekday. It took more than 20 minutes to order and another 10 to receive my drink.As a fellow Starbucks employee this is a sad excuse for a store especially on a busy college campus. Read more
