Nice staff but the iced coffee tasted nasty - almost like it was mixed with the tea. At least it is better than the combination... of the unkind staff and bad quality of the Mariano?s which it shares the building with. Someone needs to do a sage cleanse ofthat building stat, how is the LA Fitness the only redeeming business in that complex?? Is the ghost of Sears haunting theplace?? Read more
Convenient location wise, but the lack of ordering ahead limits this locations convenience.
The coffee was good and hot, but the tables were filthy with many rings from beverages. I don't think they cleaned then all day.
I usually have great luck at this Starbucks but the past 2-3 times I?ve gone have not been the best. My drink can be... complicated, a black tea lemonade with raspberry syrup and I usually ask for extra pumps of it. I watched the barista make mydrink, not intentionally but simply because of where I was sitting, she made the wrong size drink and instead of putting it backin the shaker and adding the extra ingredients she just dumped some extra black tea on top. She also didn?t put a single pump ofraspberry syrup in it. I went back up and asked her to remake it, she happily did, but still made the drink incorrectly. Addedthe syrup into the cup instead of the shaker like how drinks are supposed to be made. I?m not blaming this barista inparticular, I think this is more of a management issue because the drink making technique she used was incorrect and it has beenin the past with other baristas. As a Starbucks barista myself, I tend to not critique others who are baristas because Iunderstand how hard the job can be but I think this is an issue that needs to be brought up to management so they can properlytrain the baristas. I personally love coming to the Starbucks but the only issue that I have is with one employee in particular her name is Jasmine.... She has made my experience much more worse with her horrible attitude, her horrible service and her ability to NOT going aboveand beyond for customer service.I will never let her make any drink for me ever again. What I will do is praise JAVIER! He?s anamazing employee and always does his job exceptionally. He?s the best barista you guys have and I only prefer him take my drinksbecause of how he treats and shows appreciation for not only me the customer but for the job he does. Read more
Just opened on 1/29. They are a full service Starbucks and offer breakfast sandwiches!! Hours are 6a to 10p each day but I was... told that might change as they find out their customer base. Sadly, this is the only change I am happy about in the Kroger takeover. Read more
November 14, 2022: The first level is too noisy to phone for a Curb cab. I managed it on the second try. Another expediture,... always generous, and I was home.
