Update: Sadly i have to update my review. I?ve visited this Starbucks quite frequently and today was the last straw for me. I... placed my order via the mobil app and unfortunately when i arrived it still wasn?t ready despite the store being completelydead. Ive noticed it takes about 15-20 mins to get your drink in the morning, after 7am I imagine the wait time gets worsebecause some how they are so slow. The worst part of all is the coffee is HORRIBLE. I dont know what book they are going by butthe coffee never taste the same from here as other Starbucks. Ive tried tweaking orders to have more sweeter Or flavor added andits always so bitter. Today i got the peppermint mocha and it has to be the nasty thing ive gotten from a Starbucks ever. Zeropeppermint was added. If your going in for a refresher or tea this place is good. But the coffee is always a miss here. Im sodisappointed I really wanted to like this Starbucks since its so close to my house but today was the last for me. Ill be goingback to my old Starbucks further away from my house. Original review: So happy to have a closer starbucks! I went early morningand everyone was nice they all said hello which i wasn?t expecting. I overheard the manager training someone and she was makingsure they all provided good customer service. From what i can tell everyone is new so they are still learning and have to doublecheck things so they do take a bit longer. For the people who complained i don?t recommend going in any Starbucks drive thruthey are always a pain once the rush has started. Also if you Arent preordering your drink via the app expect to wait 20 mins ormore. Ordering ahead allows you to skip the line. Overall im happy with my experience and will continue to come here. Very convenient and located not even a minute drive from my house. Never really had a problem with this Starbucks since it... opened. The only complaint is that the parking lot/drive thru was poorly designed/planned. If the line wraps around the lot, youcan't get out, and if it's long enough the people trying to leave the drive thru cant leave. Read more
Just go to any other Starbucks or local coffee shop. Location is very convenient, however I waited over 25 min for a hot coffee... and was still made incorrectly..I ordered the most easiest drink just for the fact they just opened and it was still afail. Please bring seasoned employees to this location and I'm sure it will flourish! Read more
I had a great experience at this location. Drive through lane was very fast and the staff member at the window was very... friendly. I think it?s great to have a place to grab coffee so close to the park, especially with the nearby ice skating rink. Read more

This Starbucks just opened near my house which was needed because it?s more convenient. The drinks were good but the attitude of... the girl in the register was not needed. I've come here since it opened and I had a good experience the first few times however recently I've gotten nothing but attitude... from the manager about adding more oatmilk to my drink. My drink doesn't taste right or the same when they don't add enoughmilk. Is the policy not to fix the drink if the customer doesn't like it???She keeps trying to get me to switch my drink becauseshe said their new policy is not to add extra milk in replace of ice because I ordered light ice ONCE. She explained that and Isaid oh ok cool thank you for telling me and have ordered my drink the REGULAR WAY since and still don't get a full cup ofcoffee. Today I went in and the same thing not a full cup this is crazy. Starbucks makes tomuch money to care about extra milklet alone the milk that should be in my drink normally.
