TERRIBLE customer service. Whoever this African-American girl is, working 3/26/2021 @ 11:30am..RUDE AS HELL!! ????. Talking on... he personal phone behind the register. NEVER SAID A WORD, after I stood there for almost 30 secs. THANKFULLY the other girlworking came from somewhere to take my order. I hate terrible customer service. I swear I have never been to a bad Starbucks until today. The coffee was so horrible and even though she asked me if I wanted... whip cream 2 times they didn?t put any. One lady didn?t even have her mask on properly and kept touching her face. I?m not oneto write a bad review but I swear I?m pregnant and I had been craving this coffee since last night for it to be soooooo bad. Read more
You mean to tell me that you KNOW that you?re the only Starbucks open around the area, around this time, and you don?t have any... of the four different items I?ve asked for? What kind of management are you running here -AT A LOCATION WITH A HIGHVOLUME. Come on now. You?re making sales. With no happy customers.
