Waited for more than 20 minutes and when I asked about my drink the worker said that she made it and that I should pay more... attention (I was standing there the whole time and they NEVER made a cold drink, which was mine). Also my friend?s coffee waswrong and cold and the same worker wouldn?t make it again saying ?that?s what I made? with bad attitude. Waited along time, entered my order wrong. Didn't care to remake it. Asked for a cup of ice got attitude instead. Told to wait... more.. waited more and then got the world's smallest up of ice possible insufficient for my needs. Read more

You would think the people behind the counter at 5:00 AM in the morning would be not be in the best mood... WRONG! They were... fast and friendly. They even helped people that seemed confused on what to order. When I am in this terminal, I always go tothis Starbucks! Read more

Very slow, it took me 30 minutes to get 1 drink and there were only 4 people ahead of me. At least they made my drink right.

Just witnessed a very unpleasant situation here. There were three employees - the young girl who was the one preparing all of... the orders was not wearing her mask properly, a young kid - Thomas, and another lady. One of the customers asked the barista toput on her mask properly so that it covers her nose, and not just her mouth, to which Thomas made a snippy comment saying "Yeah,put it on, she is scared". Which afterwards followed by the back and forth argument between the customer, the barista, andThomas. The staff members were very disrespectful and talked back the entire time making excuses such as "Oh, he had a bad day","Oh, we have to wear a mask every single day, and we practically live here", "The mask doesn't help". First of all, consideringeverything that's happening in the world, EVERYONE has to wear a mask in public places, and especially people who work with foodand AT THE AIRPORT of all places. Second of all, talking back to a customer who rightfully and very politely asked to put on themask while she's preparing her order - is EXTREMELY rude. You hate your job - change it. You hate wearing a mask - find a jobworking from home where you don't have to interact with anyone. The coffee was alright, and I could tell the third person (thecashier) didn't care to be around the other two bratty kids either. Hope this review helps the management. Read more

Waited over an hour for coffee and it was made wrong at the end of it all. There were only two people work and no urgency to... move. The barista casandra was rude and not pleasant. The person taking orders I repeated myself and she said my order back butthen told me I didn?t pay the extra fee for the change in milk. Waste of my time.
