I ordered on the app to pick on a Sunday around 630 as hours indicated open till 8 went to pick up and we?re closed. Next day... went on to either get my refund or sandwich and they told me they couldn?t provide either even though they understood thatpicking up and order was impossible and refused to give any phone number or manager for further assistance. The food looked wilted, and old... I suggest not going there before closing. I arrived there at about 8:40 p.m., (Wednesday... October 6th). The customers in front of me seemed upset with their food order. After receiving my order, I completely understand why they were upset. The employee who waited on me was rude, and a bit aggressive. Especially, when I asked him forextra toppings such as shredded cheese. I also noticed he was using his gloves to protect himself rather than, his customersfrom bacteria, and other nasties... He did take them off to handle money but then put the same pair back on to handle food, andetc. I'm looking forward to reading reviews from people have had lunch at this subway. Read more
This is a great subway. No one who works here has ever been visibly annoyed when I ask for extra sauce on my meatballs. Everyone... always seems to be in a good mood. Best subway in Chicago. It's also the closest subway to me, that's probably most of it. Read more
I have gone about a dozen times and have had a good experience each time. I order from the app and they always get the order... right. This Subway takes coupons, which is appreciated. (Not all Subways take coupons.) They have a few parking spots, so it'seasy to come and pick up an order. Read more
