I will not recommend no one to come to this subway because I always go in the morning and I always see the owners screaming to... the employees. I went one time in the morning in the summertime and I saw the owner screaming at a young man, and she was soloud that I saw the young man he was about to cry. I would not recommend no one working for this owner. And employees tells methat she does not pay them the time when they clocked out. So I will not recommend no one Working at this Subway, Cuz. Employees were in the building and the store opens up at 8AM. I arrived at 10AM and they had the door closed. I saw they let in... certain customers but they didn't let me in. Not sure what that was all about. Read more

I asked for a little bit more of tuna salad to simply cover the end of the sandwich where the bread was still bare and was told... it was going to cost an extra $1.50! For a half scoop of tuna? Seriously? Then my friend who was standing next to me,overheard the manager speaking Spanish, tell the girl who was making my sandwich, that it's supposed to be $2. The second pricewas not even relayed to me in English as I was the one ordering. Either way, it was RIDICULOUS and I refused. Next, at the checkout, I noticed an extra charge of $1.20 being rung up on the register as extra cheese. I said that I didn't order extra cheese.The manager then said it was because I had ordered extra extra (2x) olives! Which I did not! I only asked for enough to simplycover the entire sandwich without huge bare spots in between because the girl who was making my sandwich with a trainee anddidn't quite know what she was doing yet. I have patience for people who are still learning their job but this manager wasusing her as an excuse to nickel and dime me to death! It seems that this particular Subway is all about profit and NOTcustomer satisfaction. Absolutely AWFUL EXPERIENCE! I will never come here again. Read more
