Not a clean subway. Utensils are not cleaned regularly. Lots of cross food contamination.

The service is on the spot. The bread and the toppings are all fresh. The only issue with this store is that the options that... they have for in-store ordering are different from the options that they show for app orders. For instance, veggie patty isavailable in store but doesn't show up in the app. Read more

Horrible Exprience. Used the Subway app to order delivery, they only gave me half of one of my sandwich?s I orders a 12 inch and... they have me a 6in. I called the store like Subways app said to do and all he did was blame DoorDash and told me it wasn?t hisfault when the sandwich. Horrible customer service won?t be back to a location who hangs up on customers. He was extremely rude. Read more

I just wasted $6.50 on one of their"new"subs.???? It was tasteless. First off there was trouble communicating with the guy... behind counter . I couldn't understand him, he couldn't understand me.!????. I tried to keep it simple, I wanted the OUTLAW,which had beef,2x pepper jack cheese, onion, peppers, sauce. He didn't know what that was, he said the #2?, I said ya, theOUTLAW#2!????. He asked what I wanted on it,I said "just what it says , just like that. GEESH,!! Well,if the sub would havebeen good, I could get past lousy service, but I guess the new, improved Subway, still uses cheap ingredients and still skimpson them. But only difference is they charge a higher price for their garbage. This was at 8pm, a slight built , older (notyoung) man . So good luck with him ! Read more

Went in here at around 930 this morning just moved to the neighborhood, I asked for an Italian sub when I asked for the lettuce... the lady literally grabbed as much as she could and packed the entire sandwich. She then proceeded to literally pinch the otheringredients and place them on the sub lmao. I get that times are tough and ingredients are probably costly but as soon as shefinished making it I just had to walk out there?s no way in hell they are making people subs that are 80% lettuce. An older lady was working and was very rude. I chose curbside pickup instead of in store pickup and she came out very rude... saying i have to go in the store. I was explaining that i chose curbside, not in store, and she just kept giving me an attitudesaying I need to go inside to pick it up. Also, an item from my order was missing. Never ordering from this location again.Employees need to be re-trained here on what services their company offers. Read more

The worst and dirtiest Subway I have seen up here. The lady was super rude and on the phone . She was just splashing all the... ingredients all over the place. And was making fun of people. Terribly rude. And the place smells awful. Do not eat here Read more

I ordered a sandwich via the mobile app at 6 pm on a Wednesday and went to pick it up and they closed for some reason and was... closed the next day. I called and asked for a refund from the store and they wouldn?t provide one?they said it was corporatesresponsibility. Corporate says it?s it?s the stores responsibility which I believe. I stopped in again a few days later andpolitely explained that my credit card was charged and yet I got no sandwich and they blew me off again. I?ve wasted enoughpersonal time trying to get a refund but at this point it?s not about the money, it?s the principle. I eat subway 2-3 a weekbecause I?m gluten free and the salads are easy. I?m no longer going to go here because they don?t treat their customersright. Luckily there is a another store down the street and I?ll just go there. Don?t go to this subway. Read more
