I?ve been going to this Subway location for years. But as another reviewer said, it is time to make a change. The guy behind... the counter haas always been unfriendly. But this visit I asked him what an unfamiliar option on the revamped menu means andthe guy literally started yelling at me. I couldn?t understand what he was saying, so I don?t know why! bro forgets to put mozz on the MOZZA meat sandwich
I've been going to this location several times a month for years since I moved nearby mainly because it's the only convenient... quick bite around. Today though I've decided it's time to change. Nothing egregious but I'm just tired of them always being outof the soda or chips I want and for the fact that there's usually a conversation happening between staff or with someone on thephone that takes a few minutes before I'm asked what I want, no goodbye or other words after I swipe my credit card, justgenerally not customer focused. I go here because it's conveniently located. I stopped going because previous management was quite rude; however, being under... new management, service is better; except for the food I ordered online today. It was prepared in an unappetizing way. Thesandwich lacked the pre-planned filling and it was thrown into a brown paper bag. They didn't even wrap it with the sandwichpaper. I'm very disappointed with this order. It is not what they should present to customers. Smh. I ordered the exact samesandwich last week and it was perfect.
