I was a regular here and the employee I picked up my online order from even knew and recognized me. I ordered an online deal,... but somehow my Philly '6 sub that was part of the deal didn't go through. I showed the employee the online deal and he refusedto honor the deal or offer a solution. On top of that I went out of my way on a rainy night to go there. Needless say hispurposeful choice to not honor a clearly verifiable online promotion has left me upset and I won't be returning to thislocation. Avoid it if you can. They aren't reasonable when it comes to honoring an advertised deal if you inadvertently orderwrong or something goes wrong with your online order. Read more
When I walked in, none of the customers were wearing mask. The sign said masks required. The employee took the orders and never... told the customer a mask was required! When people shout over the counter lettuce, tomato, etc. Their vocal droplets are in anenclosed area with the door closed. Coronavirus risk. Eew. Read more

The nicest thing to say about this place is that it's clean. Wanted a soup, didn't have it. Wanted a pizza, didn't have it.... Wanted napkins, didn't have them. This place under-buys the things Subway is supposed to have so they can pocket more money. Fem. Read more
I was buying a meal for myself and my girlfriend and when I was paying, they asked me several times to add in a drink/soup/add... ons and I had to refuse multiple times. And then they went on to ask my girlfriend the exact same questions! On top of that, Ihad a coupon in the app for a free BOGO sub but they said their system would not take it. I asked if they could just honor itand showed it clearly says BOGO sub but the best they said they could do was 10% off...which should've been $2 but he just tookoff $1. These people consistently try to upsell and not honor deals. Very annoying. Read more
