I've been here several times because it's a super convenient spot for a quick lunch. Almost every single time I try to pay with... QR code on my phone they tell me the scanner is broken. I have to plead with them to at least try the scanner before claimingit's broken. Lo and behold the scanner ends up working every time. if I could give 0 stars I would. I went in on my lunch break and I spoke to the workers no one said anything.. directly in her... face she just looked at me..while I was waiting no one was trying to take my order, just standing around. I saw one girl in theback picking her nose and she rolled her eyes and just seemed very rude. I walked out. I will never come here again or recommendthis place to anyone. Read more
Hello. I live in this building and can say that the store used to be much more valuable to me as an establishment for purchasing... sandwiches. There used to be a gentleman who worked everyday and was attentive and followed all professional protocols. I sawhim clean every night and also the building lobby was cleaned every week. Now however all has changed. New owners of thebuilding area do not clean as frequently as previous owners. The workers here do not seem to care about the customers likebefore. The place doesn't even open regularly as their posted hours are not accurate. I once was frustrated and posted a notethat I tried to buy a sandwich for breakfast 9:30 am. Contacted the provided number but nobody replied, the posted sign of 9amwas removed that day but now the posted door says 7am. Never open 7am. Not typically open at 10am. Took about a month for noteon front window to be removed. I would go to Grazianos couple blocks south on Randolph or 8 blocks NE to Vinnies on Grand for alegit sub. Sad, I used to eat here at least 2x a week. Read more
They used the same gloves for all the orders including the veggie ones. Worst experience. I ended up trashing the sandwich since... they touched the meat and veggies with the same gloves. What if customers are allergic to some meat products. They arecontaminating everything then. Read more
Look I go here several times a month & over the past few months this place has gone down hill. Soda machine out for over a... month. It is supposedly 'fixed' today, yet no carbonation. AC doesn't work. The poor workers have to 'toast' everything like 3times, because it hasn't worked in over a year. The staff is amazing, but someone isn't fixing their stuff. Credit card machine has been broken since I can remember. Half the time the staff has to calculate your order by hand, then run... your credit card through their ipad. I've seen lines out the door because the poor staff is overwhelmed. If management isn'teven willing to fix the sales system then I can't imagine what shortcuts must be being taken for the food.
