Staff is very disrespectful. The girl smiled in our face when I asked to speak with a manager and said no. She misinformed us... purposely to make us think the sandwiches were on sale then when it was time to pay she said no and smiled. I'm reporting thislocation for terrible customer service! Read more
This place is terrible. The employees have no idea how to make a sandwich. They will literally throw meat and the other supplies... on your sandwich and sell that to you. There are always homeless people inside the store sitting around. The employees customerservice skills suck. I've only came across one worker that could make a decent sandwich... only decent because their suppliesreally aren't fresh. Read more
I visited this location last night 1am there was 1 person working .... and he had no clue wat he was doing. Had no real... knowledge of the menu or register. didnt know how to input or use coupons that were presented , I also work in fast food . whichhelped when he showed me the register and i showed him how to find my sandwich . staff should b trained b4 left to run a storealone .
