HORRIBLE !! I had a coupon for 2 subs for 12.99, i asked the lady and man working behind the counter 3 times if they honor the... coupon. Both said yes . I order my sandwich that had bacon on it already but the guy said the bacon was extra even though thesandwich already came with the bacon. I start to cash out and they said they both were 16.00 i said i had the coupon. I gave thecoupon and they replied that the coupon was already used. I said no because i just got it out of the paper in the mail and neverused it. I told them i only wanted one sandwich since they werent giving me the coupon price. The guy got mad and walked away.The lady said she will charge me 16.00 for the sandwiches which was the regualr price. So i told her no i dont want thesandwiches now. Food was fresh and bread freshly baked. Servings was adequate amount and trimmings were plentiful. I enjoyed my selection!.
By far the worst service ever. Had a mobile order that was supposed to be done by 12:55pm and didn't get order till 1:30pm. Guy... was rude and ignorant. Also took orders in front of me . Read more
Ordered online curbside service, there were no customers there when I arrived at my scheduled time and phoned in to let them... know I was there. They had several walk-ins arrive, I phoned in again after waiting 15 minutes a day was told I'd have to waituntil all customers were serviced or come inside. I reminded them that I place a curbside order for a reason and went over amile from my neighborhood location to get curbside service. Again I was told to wait or come in. 5 minutes passed beforesomeone came out with my order. I was scolded by sandwich maker, stating that next time no one was coming out no matter what.They refused to give name, stated I didn't do anything wrong and returned inside. Found a bug on my cucumbers today. The guy that gave me the food is named shil & I think he did that on purpose cause the last... time I came in & was his customer (I'm a regular customer) I asked for a sandwich & when he put the meat on it I got a call &told him I didn't want it & he yelled at me & I apologized but he was mad. I guess this was his pay back cause while making mysandwich he smiled & didn't even give me a receipt & I didn't realize that until I got home cause they usually put it in the bagwith the food Read more
They give you very few veggies and the meat hate going in there. I go for my parents i always have to order extra meat for them... which is $1.50. They take two scopes they is barely fill the scopes up and then they stretch the scopes out to go across thebread as if we are stupid. Read more
I just went there after a long work out wanted some chicken noodle soup. And i was starving. He gave me the soup i made it to... where i was going and the soup was cold. I didnt go home so i couldnt warm it up. And it tasted funky like it was spoiled. Buti was so hungry i suffered through it. I ate the chicken bits, carrots, and noodle. I poured the juice out.
