I love the Subway on 87th Jeffrey, they provide me with excellent customer service every time I enter the establishment. I come... every morning to get a chopped chicken or veggie salad, not only do they know who I am when I come, but I no longer have to givemy order because they know exactly what I want and how I want it. Today I was at the subway in Chicago 87th & Jeffery, it was the free sandwich Day for the new sandwiches, i was in line before... 12 noon, by the my turn came up it was 12 noon, I was told I could not get a free sandwich, I felt that it was wrong, there wasonly one man behind me, the employee could have given me a free sandwich, bit I went a head and paid for a 6inch chicken sandwich, and purchased one for my mother also, could I please receive a free sandwich, Thank You. My sister and father went to this location on 6/29/22 and mine U when I visited this location lasts week and stated I wanted a... Roasted Chicken foot long Sandwich. I was able to get the Chicken with Roasted/Rostirre WHERE THE CHICKEN MEAT has a loose lookto it and with plenty of seasoning on it. My sister asked for the sandwich tonight at this location and the guy working theregave my sister a foot long sandwich which consisted of two raw BREASTED CHICKEN meat SLABS inside. He called it the roastedchicken and maybe IT IS THE CORRECT NAME FOR THE SANDWICH, but even the breasted chicken MEAT when asked for it is cooked andnot raw inside. I WAS SOLD RAW BREASTED CHICKEN MEAT ON A SANDWICH, THE NINE DOLLARS SPENT WAS QUICKLY THROWN IN THE GARBAGE.WHO is going to eat a RAW MEATED SANDWICH - NO ONE I KNOW?!?? It was a wonderful place to sit and have a sandwich. But it's nolonger a lovely/comfortable place to relax and have a meal. THEY... REMOVED THE SEATING and many of the photos are deceptive. I don't know of any subway that treats its customers that way. Read more
