The staff at this location are both unfriendly and incompetent. The first time here the staff member placed chicken instead of... mushrooms in my bowl and looked visibly annoyed when I corrected her and had her redo it. I just ordered delivery from thislocation today, and the same bowl was messed up again. I received tofu instead of mushrooms ( attached pic with receipt). When Ireached out for a refund for my $17 dollar single bowl, I was only credited $10. I loved sweetgreen, but the poor customerservice will keep me from returning. Read more

I like sweetgreen, they have good salads either warm or cold. The size of the salad are also good. Can order ahead as well as... make the order at the restaurant. This place offers parking, it was busy but I did find a spot. I ordered ahead but when Igot to the restaurant I realized I should have ordered there since people were waiting for take out and nobody orderinginside. The food was ready and took it to eat at home. I love Sweetgreen and have for years but the inconsistency of my salads with the online ordering and pick up is insane. For... example, they have forgotten to mix it with dressing and literally handed me a dry salad, giving me regular, whole potatoesinstead of sweet potatoes or, in today's instance, covering my salad in SO MUCH GOAT CHEESE. Seriously, it was disgusting. Ifeel like there has to be some sort of benchmark for making salads? idk but pls cool it on the cheese. Read more
