Good and healthy salad. I'd recommend people to order for a pick up online to avoid stock issue. I usually ordered online and... pick up. They usually are pretty fast and on time. Although they occasionally run out of things, that is not a problem thoughsince you can substitute things on the website. Their inside eating area is usually dirty though. Read more

I was in Chicago for 3 days and i came here 3x. I love sweet green!!! The one I grew up with is in DC but I?ve been to about... five different locations while traveling. Everyone has always been nice but Jojo is the best SG employee I met. Thank you. Mymom had never had sweet green before and Jojo knocked her first visit out of the park! She liked it so much we came back thenext day. He was professional, friendly, competent and overall a pleasure to work with!! Can?t wait to come back. This review is for the Streeterville location. I was so happy when they opened as I love sweetgreen. But this is the most... inconsistent service location - sometimes they close earlier than store hours, sometimes they move to only online orders, andthen other times they will be out of ingredients. what can I say about sweetgreen besides ?a consistently fresh & filling option?? As a salad-grain-protein bowl lover, this is... one of your best bets in chicago for a fresh and quick meal. In need of quality control. They can?t handle the volume. Last week FISH TACO SALAD arrived with only 2 of the 5 ingredients and... HALF full, like it didn?t finish the assembly line, This week, tried again, but chips were all broken and soggy placed under thewarm fish. Too bad, the company had a strong start. Read more

I have been to this location at least once a week since it has opened, often more frequently than that. It has really declined... recently. Pickup orders are routinely 20+ minutes past promise time. Fine, I can adjust for that and just show up later. Butrecently, the employees have been in a really bad attitude and have verbally given me snark. I am just there to pick up my orderand leave. I'm in the store less than ten seconds assuming it's ready when I get there, they don't have to say anything to me atall. The fact that they go out of the way to be rude in that brief period of time is both puzzling and totally unacceptable. Notsure what the problem is but I certainly don't need to deal with this, I won't be returning. Read more
