Hands down this is the Worst Taco Bell in Chicago. Either they?re only taking mobile orders, or the fryer is broken. And if... that?s not the issue, the order accuracy is horrible. I?m all for supporting minority businesses, but they really need some sortof professionalism here. Read more

I?m just done ordering from any of their franchises. Every single time i never get what I ordered and this time I was... overcharged. I 2 burrito and did not even receive one. Alright but service can be good at times and other times bad. Consistency is a huge problem here. You'll go one day and the food... may be good. And go the next time and it is terrible. So I asked for a number 8 with a Large Mango Freeze and I wish y'all can see what I received.
