Said they were only taking only orders. Placed an online order and waited 5 minutes in the parking lot. Went to check in on the... order and they claimed they didn't receive it and now weren't taking any orders. You stole my money i better receive a refund.Horrible service and lazy employees. Read more

This is a popular location so food is always hot and mostly correct. The only issue is they will forget your sauces.

They missed my chalupa and I didn't realize until I got home. There were only 4 food items in the order and a quick glance in... the bag I thought it was all there so I drove away. Everyone else got dinner but me. Not coming here again. Read more
I usually go to the one on Harlem and Harrison now because every time I go to this one they forget something but I was hungry... and in the area. They put almost no cheese and meat on my cheesy gordita crunch this is how it looked when I opened it. And mybrother ordered the GRILLED CHEESE BURRITO combo and they forgot to give him guess what? The grilled cheese burrito. And thechalupa that came with it barely had anything in it. Poor service will not be going to this one anymore. Read more
