Consistently the worst Taco Bell in the city. Drive thru staff reads your order back to you to confirm they have it right and... then what they give you is completely random. Management doesn't care at all and neither does Yum Brands. Read more

I think they refused to serve me because I don?t look like a woman. They took my order at the drive thru then changed their mind... and said they were closed. The lobby was full of people and there was a line behind me 12:08am. Then the employee flicked meoff as I drove by?. Earlier around 9:20 my friend went to this location to get food, and she recieved most of her order but they missed an item. We... went back to the location around 10:20 to see if we could get their missing item and I wanted more food. They told them thatthey couldn't pull up their receipt and because the receipt didn't send to her phone she was out of luck (they ordered bykiosk). While they told them this information I finished up my order, recieved it and because they couldn't get a refund norrecieve the missing item, we left. I got home and started eating my food and the meat was mixed up, I ordered a steak burritoand two Supreme tacos. I didn't think much of it when I was eating my first taco but then I started eating my burrito andrealized that the meat was mixed. Now I wouldn't be to mad but I was hungry, and tasting a regular burrito when I wanted a steakburrito, just hurts my soul. And realizing that my dorito locos taco was steak instead of regular supreme is enough to make agrown women cry, the taste texture was wierd and wasn't what I expected. Ima still eat it Cause I'm hungry, but now I'mdissatisfied, disappointed and sad. Do better Taco Bell ???? ???? Read more

Could definitely be better. Food itself was great. No mistakes, good portions and it was hot. Despite seeing at least 6 workers... in what was a pretty deserted location, there were several pick up orders who had to yell out: Excuse me! In order to getanyone's attention. If you are dining in, you probably won't have issues. If you are picking up, the very relaxed and chill workatmosphere will probably necessitate you raising your voice to get anyone to see you. Food is good, customer service could befar better. Dining area was mostly clean, initially sat at one table that had a fine brown dust on it and the seats which Iassume must have been from a vacuum container spill. Read more
